We?re excited to announce plans for a brand new Alma de Cuba wedding and events space. It?s time to bring the feathers, flamboyance and fiesta atmosphere Alma is famous for to a stunning new floor, which you?ll be able to hire out from December 2018.
Introducing: Alma de Cuba?s third floor, an exclusive space in the rafters of the historic grade-II listed old church, perfect for hosting your dream wedding or the ultimate celebratory event.
Here at Alma, we?re no stranger to hosting special occasions. One of the most unique wedding venues in Liverpool, we?ve perfected providing a stunning backdrop for the most romantic of nuptials. From breakfast to your reception dinner, our weddings offer a touch of South American sunshine for your special day.
But we decided we could do even more: that?s why we?re expanding Alma de Cuba to create a special third floor within the original church building, offering an atmospheric rafters space that will host up to 300 people.
The 4,000 ft new events mezzanine will provide an intimate and beautiful wedding venue for couples-to-be, blending the historic wooden beams of the heritage building with the elegance and size of a timeless events venue.
From atmospheric wedding receptions to incredible and unforgettable parties, we?re excited to see how you use our events space to create your dream occasion and we can?t wait to share it with you.

Situated in a Grade-II listed former catholic church, Alma de Cuba retains many of the original ecclesiastical features, including a magnificent alter, ornate glass windows and stunning original brickwork.
With gloriously high ceilings and an electrifying atmosphere, our new development gives you access to a previously unused area of the historic building ? the beautiful rafters.?The grand interiors make an ideal backdrop for romantic wedding photographs or eye catching celebratory images.

And with a reputation for being one of Liverpool?s best restaurants, our Latin-influenced kitchen is perfectly equipped to provide your event with delicious dining options, helping create the wedding menu you?ve always wanted or the ultimate dinner for your special occasion.
Stunning, but still intimate, our new floor creates the perfect space to host a celebration ? a dedicated area that caters to all your needs while still offering the atmosphere and breath-taking interiors that Alma de Cuba is famous for.
During the development, Alma de Cuba will be open as usual but our opening times will be amended slightly. Alma de Cuba will now be open from 5pm, Monday-Thursday and from 3pm on Fridays. Weekends opening times won?t change.
