The safety and well-being of our customers and our team is our primary concern and, in-line with the latest government advice and to help ensure we can offer the best customer experience in this difficult period, we have taken the decision to postpone all arrivals from 25th March, until further notice.
This may be extended further dependent on Government advice to come in the coming days and weeks.
You will shortly receive email confirmation that bookings have now been postponed but please take this note as official confirmation that any bookings for arrival from 25th March until further notice will be moved to a future date of your choice based on a like-for-like day/month basis, subject to availability. Alternatively, we are offering credit notes for the full amount of each booking which can be redeemed anywhere within the Signature Living Group at a later date.

The locals know that for the best Cuban cocktails in Liverpool they have to head to Alma de Cuba. Serving up traditional Cuban cocktails for years now, Alma de Cuba is known, not just as the only place to find authentic Cuban cocktails in Liverpool but also as one of the city’s most spectacular venues… even if we do say so ourselves!
Set inside the magnificent conversion of St Peter’s Catholic Church on Seel Street, we like to think of ourselves as the trend setter that whetted the city’s appetite for a fine cocktail. Back when we opened, we were an island on our own in this part of the city.
Walking down the then relatively quiet Seel Street, people really weren’t prepared for the splendour they found as they wandered through our doors.
Now there are lots of cocktail bars in Liverpool, each with their own uniquely fantastic menus but we continue to be the undisputed home of traditional Cuban cocktails in Liverpool… and our grand design still packs a punch, even for those of us that work here!
What kind of traditional Cuban cocktail menu would we have if it didn’t include a decent selection of the finest mojitos? Well we really can’t say because our menu definitely boasts a few of the best.
The classic mojito is still amongst our absolute best sellers and comes with a selection from Bacardi Superior or Bacardi Oro rum. Then there is the Solana Mojito, that throws a cheeky spiced rum and a squeeze of fresh orange into the Cuban favourite, for a unique twist on the classic.
