Our church may no longer be a consecrated but we still raise the roof with an offering of Sunday gospel in Liverpool every weekend. Sunday’s are a special day here at Alma de Cuba.
Following Saturday night’s biggest party in Liverpool, a gospel choir takes to the stage Sunday afternoon to welcome you and your family with soulful voices to accompany a hearty, delicious menu.
The Sunday Gospel Brunch in Liverpool has been a fixture of the city’s weekend social scene for a number of years now and it really never gets old.
How could it?
Every week we offer up a specially devised menu that includes brunch options, as well as the more traditional Sunday dinner selection. Plus of course there are plenty of choices on there that acknowledge our Latin American inspiration.

In fact, ours could well be the only gospel choir in Liverpool and they are most definitely the only one that you can enjoy over dinner in spectacular surroundings.
Every Sunday, brunch is available at The Church from 12 noon ? 6pm and the choir takes to the stage to serenade you between 1:30-5pm. You don’t pay any extra to listen to this wonderful, soulful music; simply come in for your lunch and be entertained for free.
We can seat large parties easily, so whether you are a table of two or a family booking, joining us for a big celebration we are able to accommodate. Simply contact us in advance to book.
Large parties could even have the top table and the mezzanine level all to themselves.
