Are you on the lookout for places to eat in Liverpool with a hot new date? Or even places to eat in Liverpool with a long-term partner that deserves a real treat? Alma de Cuba regularly appears on lists of the top restaurants in Liverpool.
We’re proud of that fact and we work hard to keep things that way. We also know how to create a romantic atmosphere that’s bound to set the right tone for any intimate dining encounter.
Our food and cocktail menus offer the absolute finest in Cuban fare. If you have someone you really want to spoil then there are few other restaurants in Liverpool city centre that afford you the same opportunity to do that as we do.
A small selection of what is currently available on our a la carte menu includes:
From our starter menu…
In mains…
And for dessert…
Naturally we have a lot more to tantalise your taste buds where that came from.
It takes more than a good steak to make a good date (though trust us, our steaks will go a long way towards making your evening). Thankfully Alma also offers one of the most stunning places to eat in Liverpool.
The building originally opened in 1768 as St Peter’s Church. In the 2000’s the place was beautifully and lovingly converted to become the restaurant and bar it is today, displaying the vast and detailed interior to its fullest potential.
Now, the architecture of the church can be enjoyed from a unique perspective as you sip your traditional Cuban cocktails and enjoy a veritable feast on our mezzanine level.
With great reviews on Tripadvisor and Yelp, as well as notable mentions in the national press, including a lovely review from The Telegraph a few years ago, we’re proud to claim our place amongst the top restaurants in Liverpool city centre and we love to welcome parties from intimate tables of two, to corporate groups of 50 on a regular basis.
Plus we throw a Cuban party until late most nights of the week. Though diners are separated by a floor and therefore not disrupted by the bar, there is ample opportunity to extend your date beyond your meal and enjoy a full evening in our company.
As places to eat in Liverpool go, you are unlikely to find anywhere as versatile as Alma de Cuba.
