The safety and well-being of our customers and our team is our primary concern and, in-line with the latest government advice and to help ensure we can offer the best customer experience in this difficult period, we have taken the decision to postpone all arrivals from 25th March, until further notice.
This may be extended further dependent on Government advice to come in the coming days and weeks.
You will shortly receive email confirmation that bookings have now been postponed but please take this note as official confirmation that any bookings for arrival from 25th March until further notice will be moved to a future date of your choice based on a like-for-like day/month basis, subject to availability. Alternatively, we are offering credit notes for the full amount of each booking which can be redeemed anywhere within the Signature Living Group at a later date.

DepositA pre-paid deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note, your deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date or alternatively can be sent as a voucher to be redeemed.
PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation does not ensure your admission is guaranteed. Management and Security reserve the right to refuse entry upon arrival if our terms and conditions and dress code policy have not been met.
Deposits must be paid at least two weeks in advance of booking.
*All deposits are non-refundable.
Male groups, or male majority groups, will not be permitted entry into the bar, regardless of whether or not a booking has been made/deposit paid.
Anybody can be refused entry into the bar or asked to leave at any point in the evening (particularly if they are underage, unable to present id when asked, in fancy dress, not adhering to our dress code, deemed intoxicated, etc); this is entirely at the discretion of the door team and management, regardless of whether a booking has been made/deposit paid.
